In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Aug. 20 against Scott Eugene Spurgeon of Grand Junction on a charge of harassment- third degree. Spurgeon was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $159.60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Melissa Sue Dopheide of Breda, assault- contact insulting or offensive , and disorderly conduct- abusive epithets/ threatening gesture; and Andrew Vernon Wempe of Scranton, disorderly conduct- abusive epithets/ threatening gesture.
